Since 1879, Grace Episcopal Church in Oak Park, Illinois has lived out its mission, “Embracing all, to become one with Christ,” through its welcoming of all – regardless of race, creed, nationality or sexual orientation – to worship and communion. We invite you to worship with us any Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
Grace Church invites you to wear whatever you find comfortable for worship or other events. Suits or jeans, high heels or work boots – it’s up to you. Your presence and your participation are a blessing.
Grace Church welcomes children of all ages at all services! If parents feel the need, kids’ activity bags are provided (near the entrance; ask an usher), as well as a comfortable soft space near the front of the church on the east side. The soft space features a child-size table and chairs, books, coloring supplies, and soft toys, as well as hymnals, seating, and a rocking chair for adults.
Grace Church invites you to use our free parking lot, immediately to the west of the church building, whenever you are attending services or events here. On Sundays, you may also use the parking garage of our high-rise neighbor to the west for no charge. The entrance is just around the corner on Forest Avenue.
